Frequently Asked Questions

Hi Folks ... just a quick little note about the beads. :) I won't be taking any special orders for a while until my health improves. I will try to fill the empty spaces on the website best I can; but where I've been spending more time IN bed than out lately, not sure how fast that will be.
Thank you for your understanding and prayers. Blessings!
(as of 12/2/16)

Please note: if you are ordering more than one of the SAME item, it would be a good idea to email me first and ask about availability .... parts may have to be ordered, as I am one person and do not have a lot of stock on hand. Thanks for your kind understanding!

If you use online email and don't have a desktop email client, you may wish to use
the CONTACT FORM rather than the email link to contact me!

Payment

I use PayPal as a payment processor because it's reliable, protects both parties and it's been a time honored tried and true established vendor for financial transactions online for the better part of 20 yrs. I believe PayPal is about the safest payment processor around because the merchant never sees the customers card numbers or bank information (I personally LIKE that!). The consumer may pay with their paypal account, their bank account or most credit cards. (Credit cards and E-Checks may be used without even having a paypal account! Please note: E-Checks take a few days or so to clear before item(s) can be shipped.)

Custom orders

(12/2/16 Hi Folks ... just a quick little note about the beads. :) I won't be taking any special orders for a while until my health improves. Custom orders can be discussed by (or phone, skype, twitter or your preference). Feel free to ask about colors, stones, glass, crystal, certain centers or crucifixes. I'm very pleased to be able to also offer Copper, Jewelers Bronze, stainless steel, Sterling Silver, Gold Filled and the new Sterling Silver Filled metals along with the non tarnish silver and gold plated. Anything not mentioned, just ask ... "I always do my best to accommodate requests!" ;)

You can basically design your own rosary. If you don't see what you want, just tell me what you're looking for. If it's not in my inventory, I will locate the parts and email you the images for approval. If you agree on the parts, a 50% deposit will be required to begin work.
Ordering parts will take about a week or two and then a couple days for construction. You will be kept informed on all phases, of course.
In stock parts can generally be made & shipped in 48hrs or less.

If you've requested a special order that's already been discussed and confirmed you may submit payment by clicking the "CUSTOM ORDERS" Button below.
(Please let me know if you would prefer me to send an email payment request rather than using this button.)
Just click the Custom Orders button below and insert the agreed upon payment and you're done!
Please disregard the "DONATIONS", it was the only way I could get a blank button.
Of course, anyone that would LIKE to donate is perfectly free to do so ;)

Shipping & Handling

S&H for USA starts at $3.95, including delivery confirmation.
International rates begin at $8.50.
If you would like Insurance (I believe the first tier insures up to $200), please add an additional $3.50 for US destinations and $14.95 for destinations outside the USA.
I cannot be responsible for orders without insurance
, but remember, I put delivery confirmation (at my own expense) on ALL US orders, so we're pretty safe, domestically speaking anyway! :)

PROBLEMS?

Should there be any problems with my rosaries, me right away so we can come to a amicable resolution. If for some reason you wish to return them, you must do so within 7 days of receipt. They must be in new/salable condition and I will refund you the purchase price, less S&H.

If you return items for refund or repair, you must either send them with insurance or at least Delivery Confirmation. Without this, I cannot & will not, be held responsible if they don't arrive safely. I cannot refund your purchase price without receiving the item in perfect saleable condition.

Should something break from normal use within the first year, just return all the parts and I will either replace or repair at my discretion, less S&H. You must email first for approval, give the reason and be sure to include all the parts. Please note; if you drop glass beads on a hard surface and they break, that's not my fault! LOL .. However, I'll be glad to work with you to repair them at a very reasonable cost! At any rate, please DO always let me know if something goes wrong!
Remember too, please, that rosaries are sacramentals and should be treated with dignity and respect.
They are NOT mere ornamental jewelry pieces.

I don't foresee anything happening, but one never knows if a part is defective until it's being used, I would imagine. I just want to be very fair and try to anticipate all eventualities while keeping everyone happy!

If you have any questions, comments, suggestions or anything else I might be able to help with, please don't hesitate to contact me. I am homebound, so I'm generally always here and monitor my
several times a day.

By law I need to state that Rosary Beads are not recommended for use by young children under 12 without supervision, as they could pose a potential choking hazard.

Don't see your question here?? Please !
